What is the NDIS?
​
The NDIS is one of the new government initiatives, providing individualised support for people with disability, for their families and for carers. It empowers people with disability to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. NDIS providers help deliver a specialised product or service to the participant.
The NDIS plan outlines services that are funded for each client and the client can choose their provider.

What supports Frances has been approved to provide?
Therapeutic Supports Individual Counselling - Improved daily living skills.
Therapeutic supports are provided to assist participants to apply their functional skills to improve participation and independence in daily activities in areas such as language and communication, personal care, mobility and movement, interpersonal interactions and community living.

​Frances' Qualifications

Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and is a member of the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN).

Diploma in Counselling Skills

Post Graduate Diploma in Addiction

Certificate in Professional Development in Family Therapy

Qualified and experienced Clinical Supervisor
