Frances is passionate about maintaining the welfare of health professionals and in more recent times has developed her role in private Clinical Supervision.

What is Clinical Supervision?

It is the provision of a regular, protected and confidential space where health professionals can reflect on their clinical practice, observe the complexities of their work from a new perspective, develop skills and strategies to assist them to remain focused on their current work and ongoing role development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Div 1, 

• Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and a member of the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN).

• She has formal qualifications in counselling and in family therapy.

• Frances has completed the Clinical Supervision Training Program, 'Clinical Supervision for Role Development Training' from the 'Spurr Supervision Training Model' (Clinical Supervision Consultancy).

 

To remain focused Frances is a regular recipient of Clinical Supervision.
